We started with a cart, a hand grinder, and an obsession with the perfect extraction. Eight years later, we're still chasing it.

How It Started

A Cart at the Saturday Market

It began in 2018 with a folding table, a hand-painted sign, and a single-group espresso machine borrowed from a friend. Every Saturday morning, [Founder Name] would arrive at the farmers' market before dawn to set up, grind fresh, and serve the neighbourhood's early risers.

The queue grew longer each week. By autumn, regulars were asking: "When are you getting a proper shop?" The answer came six months later — a narrow, light-filled space on [Street Name] that smelled of roasting coffee and possibility.

We've grown since then, but the philosophy hasn't changed: source the best beans, treat them with respect, and serve every cup as if it's the first one you've ever made.
